To our patients: our office remains closed for routine eyecare for the safety of our staff and patients. Dr. Carly Seidman is still available for telemedicine services and is offering limited office hours for patients with urgent and emergent conditions at our Park Slope location, on an as-needed basis. If you need assistance, dial our office number (718)-332-2020 or (718)-499-0707 and leave a message. Dr. Seidman or a staff member will answer your call as soon as possible. Please be patient as we have been receiving a high volume of calls.
If you do need to come into the office, we are taking every precaution to ensure our patients' safety. Please do not come in if you are sick or have had recent exposure to a patient with COVID-19 in the last 14 days. We are scheduling a limited number of patients and practicing social distancing in the office. Only 1 escort is permitted per patient and only the patient is allowed in the examination room with the doctor. It is mandatory that everyone who enters the office wear their own mask or face covering; please bring your own. All patients will be instructed to clean their hands at the door with alcohol spray and instructed to avoid touching their face or any surfaces thereafter.
Dr. Seidman is happy to speak to you and answer all of your questions, but please avoid talking while she is performing any examination or procedure--all talking must be done at a safe distance before and after. The room and all equipment will be thoroughly disinfected in between patients. All of this information will be reviewed with you by our staff the day prior to the appointment. Please note that copayments must be arranged by credit card; we are not accepting cash or check at this time.
